Collision - Sneak Peak

COLLISION - 13 min VIMEO Exclusive Sneak Peek from Collision Movie on Vimeo.

A preacher and an atheist walk into a bar....

You've read the book. You've seen the stage play. Now get ready for the movie. This is a sneak peak trailer of the first 13 minutes of Darren Doane's forthcoming documentary Collision. The film follows renowned author and anti-theist Christopher Hitchens and Pastor Douglas Wilson as they debate the topic: "Is Christianity Good For The World?"

You boys know the rules. There will be no punching after the bell, no hits below the belt, and absolutely no mixing of epistemology with ontology. And the contest will be decided on the basis of three falls from grace, three moral submissions, or a knockout.

Are you as excited as I am?

Of course you are.

They are different kettles of fish really:

Dawkins describes himself as an Athiest; therefore he does not believe in god on rational grounds: ie: there is not enough evidence for the existence of god. Therefore if evidence proving the existance of god is found he will believe in an instant.

Now, this is in contrast with Hitchens, who says that he is an anti-theist. Therefore even is there was the possibility of a god existing, he would be against it. The reasons he gives for this are varies and many; the main one being that religion does not make us moral, it in fact is the cause of most of the worlds ills.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

lol if only i had a pipe, but they are both very good at arguing, and both very intelligent, yet christiansseem to leave common sense and intelligence at the back door, especially ones that think the world is only about 10K old
